Nagina Masjid in Champaner, Gujarat, India (2) - A UNESCO World Heritage Site

Nagina Mosque also means 'Jewel Mosque' is a part of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Nagina Masjid was built in the 15th century during the time of Mahmud Begada and you will find similarity in architectures in many masjid built in the same period be it Kevada Masjid or Jama Masjid or Shahar Ki Masjid. All had beautifully and intricately decorated minarets, domes and prayer halls.
