White hooded Babbler at Namdapha National Park has a large head, long tail, and hooked bill - the adult has the full white head whereas the younger ones have an orange crown and a white throat.

White hooded Babbler forages in dense stands of bamboo or shribs and long grass - lowland forests. They are loud and travel in large flocks and are often seen with scimitar-babblers.
